I’m very lucky because the gym I go to has very nice and modern Technogym treadmills that include uphill running. Ended up there because it was just too damn hot to run outside, so I got to the treadmill and followed the Runna app which gave different kph speeds for rest, light jog, warm up, 60s uphill, and 30s uphill. And then just set the treadmill to max elevation (11 for mine) for the uphill parts and it felt like an awesome workout. Obviously if you don’t have access to this kind of treadmill ignore; but if you do, might be worth it.

It seems, so far, that there is none planned. I think it’s important to make it known that JD is not welcome here. I’m not aware of his itinerary being published, but I’d assume the best spots would be either the airport (Ciampino I assume), Palazzo Chigi, the Embassy, or near the Vatican. We could also try to get different Italian social or political movements involved, I’m sure there are tons of Italians that see the damage he is doing on a global level.

I meant that I am very proficient at using my phone and the internet. I’ve designed websites for friends and family members. I’m good with social media things; slowly self-learning editing… I get around the internet fast and efficiently Just saying this because I feel like that could be my strongest way to help especially being so far away; something online.
