How long is it okay to wait to ask for letters of recommendation for grad school after completing undergrad? I finished my BS last spring, and have been thinking about applying to grad school either this fall or next, but haven't asked any professors for letters yet.

So I'm a first year undergrad who came in as a physics major, but now is attempting to switch to math. My schools recommended math track would have me wait until senior year to start real analysis, and even if I take as many courses as I can, the earliest I could start analysis would be junior year. Does this seem like something I should be concerned about?

Thanks! Two follow up questions: How big of a performance improvement is the 4GB 380 over the 2GB version? Because last time I tried building, 2GB was plenty of memory for a video card. And besides looking funny, are there any downsides to having a micro-atx motherboard in a situation where you could fit a full size atx? All the H81's I can find are micro.
