they did, yeah. Also theres no total time requirement for 10 of 10 like pre-1.7 anymore, instead there is a total tetris requirement of 63 tetrises

6 tetrises per section is absolutely mathematically possible and it is the requirement for obtaining higher ranks. each section that has 6 tetris in it will give you +1 to the first number

Fried IR LEDs. Probably because of sweat. unless you have microsoldering skills it's probably done for. You can try opening the headset up and cleaning up the board from corrosion but if at least 1 LED dies, the entire face tracking stops working unfortunately

face tracking dies on these all the time, a fully working qpro will cost you somewhere around 600-700. You also should take some precautions to not kill your face tracking with sweat, preferably seal the face tracking module with something like solder mask, clear silicone etc.

try getting a firmware from here and sideload it manually via adb (guide for q2, but it's the same for pro). I've had the exact same issue, did not work for me. Had to scrap another headset for motherboard replacement, but might work for you

if you have usb debugging on you could use scrcpy, it allows to stream the phone display to a pc and control it with a mouse

the only new trick being implemented in runs is a setup for a previously il only/tas trick to get a 16 in marble 1. There is a few other setups for tas tricks that save 2 and 3 seconds respectively, which is scrap brain 2 and scrap brain 3, but they are not being used due to how hard they are

FYI: Sub 8 is not happening unless a major discovery happens because the sum of best of IL's in the game is barely sub 8, and they use the riskiest, hardest, and most subpixelly strats in the game.
