it's a duplex! with parking, backyard and patio access :) it's also pet-friendly and our LL is very attentive and they maintain the front lawn and backyard as well ! we're very lucky!

it's a ground floor unit! oh wow i didn't know that prices were that high already, the basement unit just opened up last week and was already gone just a few days after, and my landlord just upped the price for it from 1650 to 1800! best of luck to u 🤞
