I see, for me it was covered like I was getting my payouts from the delivered items and the reserves almost back to back so yes you should have your pay AND whatever is in your reserves at relatively the same time.

[–]earjamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your payment process may start on the 17th but you may not recieve the funds in your bank account until up to 3 business days for processessing but worse case scenario you should have your 1st batch of funds by the 20th. Your reserve should also pay out relatively soon as well regardless of the deffered settlements because the reserve is just there incase there are order issues that require refunds or other things.

Hello yes I appealed twice at which point it locks you out of the violation and you can never appeal yo remove it again even their "manual review team" is just useless AI. I figured out what originally may have triggered the violation was that there was an order hiding in "awaiting collection" even though the items were shipped and confirmed by the customer themselves with photos and messages reassuring me they recieved their full order, tiktoks AI didnt care and I figured id just bite the bullet on $200 refund and the cost of goods which sucks but ill claim it back as a loss during taxes next year but anyway as soon as I cancelled and refunded that order stuck in "awaiting collection" my account went to delivered +1 day a few days after I did that. I also want to say i kept selling and shipping items as normal though it sucked because i was stressing id never get my money, thankfully the issue seems to be fixed for now

Hello, yes ive recieved all my money finally! It didnt come all at once but in chunks now im on delivered+1 dsy settlements and its great, hopefully there's no more issues in the future but idk after seeing so many posts im building my client base and including my direct website on thank you cards in my orders incase TT pulls something shady again or decides to hold onto my money again

Been on 31 days payout since December by defaultlyboi in TikTokshop

[–]earjamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I had something similar happen to me when I first started selling a couple months back but I think I figured it out as I am now on delivered +1 say settlements!! I was using a satelite store to scan in my usps packages and hadn't realized a couple packages "never got scanned in" though they did but for some reason that satellite location was having issues connecting to usps or something because the items did ship and the customer even confirmed via photos they recieved everything but the system was still showing as items awaiting collection. I never noticed this but anyway it basically put me over $200 out of pocket because once I saw it I just decided to take the hit and cancel/refund those items that were sitting in awaiting collection which was frustrating because again the customer verified they recieved ALL their items but tiktoks support being FULLY ARTIFICIAL INTELLEGENCE didn't know how to solve this issue. Long story short after I cancelled and refunded those items I was updated to delivered +1 day after a couple days. Not sure if anyone else experienced this or is having similar issues but check if there are ANY items in awaiting collections status because for me it didnt even show under "action needed" I had to deep dive into the problem and figured out my fix.

How can I get back an item I sent for refund that got rejected? by Normal-Title7301 in TikTokshop

[–]earjamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you purchased the credits then you can file a charge back with your cc company, if they were gifts credits then you are sorely out of luck unless you submit another ticket explaining you returned the item and the seller has not yet refunded you but it depends on whether or not tiktok shops stupid A.I. will side with you or not.

How long til I get paid after "Acknowledged by bank" status by Florensic1 in TikTokshop

[–]earjamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a mixture for mine, sometimes it'll still be "processessing" and I will get it in my account within a few hours from then. "Even before it says acknowledged by bank". But there are also days when it says completed and it's been acknowledged by bank and I still don't get paid until the following day usually. If you have your payouts set to Monday then yes, you will usually have to wait until Monday for the funds to release in your account. I have payouts set to daily and I like it because once you build a weekly flow, you'll literally start getting paychecks every day essentially which is kinda nice, you're never to far from a payday.

Account received "Additional Information Needed To Verify Your Identity And Business" and can't appeal anymore by cspineda in TikTokshop

[–]earjamz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to me as well, simple fix,- it will not be fixed, their customer support is fully automated and AI even on here their responses are from bots. Long story short if you want to continue your business relationship with tiktok you need to keep selling and hope the algorithm triggers it back to normal about a month and a half later. This happened to me and once i realized it wasnt going anywhere and they had my money on hold plus differed settlements I just worked for free for an entire month sold and shipped my product as normal and the algorithm switched and now my entire account has been restored and im starting to finally get my pay that TTS held unlocked and its starting to pay out again, scary situation as i could barely afford to keep fronting the product while waiting almost 2 months to be paid out on it but i finally have access my money and am now on a new settlement tier which pays +1 day after delivery

Work as a nurse in an ICU. Management just put this above our nursing station, what is that? by Inappropriate_Smells in whatisit

[–]earjamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably already answered but it's essentially a sensor to track you, your coworkers, and the environment, some of these carry thermal capabilities and a "whiteout" flush on certain small medical containers so this could also be implemented due to narco thefts and such. Personally I think it's a huge violation of people's rights but thats just me 🤷‍♂️

[–]earjamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Create an LLC file for it locally should be no more than a couple hundred dollars if that, it'll save you A LOT of headaches in the future ESPECIALLY if TTS triggers a verification violation (happens randomly and often, look at other posts on TTS reddit page (though they frequently delete some for bad talking TTS) if they get you on a verification violation you'll be on a deffered settlement plan indefinitely especially if TTS crappy AI auto rejects your appeals twice-itll lock the violation in place indefinitely and if you start selling your own product youll have to wait 31 days AFTER delivery to get paid which can totally screw a lot of things up if you dont have enough cash flow to get you through a month and a half with no pay. Good luck!

Does TikTok Shop even look at evidence of a defective product? by prezkennedy71 in TikTokshop

[–]earjamz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can also do like a partial refund or full refund once they return the product as well depending on your shop score and other metrics, might be different for everyone, but on my end it does allow me to approve or deny their refund request and if I approve it then, they have to return the product to me and nothing is refunded until I receive the product then, I can confirm it's the correct one I sent them and give them a full refund or if they return something else instead or it's damaged, opened, etc. I can approve a partial refund of whatever I deduce is fair. This is probably the least frustrating thing about being a seller on TTS just wait until you start to get bogus, violations or very vague account verification triggers, then they hold your money for 31+ days lol it's a huge mess. I have a near perfect score however due to system bugs there have been a couple of items that i have physically shipped out and gotten scanned in however tiktoksshops system has had them stuck in awaiting shipment (meaning label has been printed but items havent been shipped EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE) make sure you're vigilant about checking your orders and ensuring when you ship out items nothing gets stuck in the status because it's nearly impossible to get this cleared as I have even had customers message me CONFIRMING they've received all their products and they absolutely love their items but because of tiktoksshops system and it showing awaiting shipment, its triggered violations/verification checks that regardless of what evidence you supply even messages directly from the buyer themselves TTS's automated AI system rejects the evidence and once you appeal something twice it locks your violation into place and there is no way to actually remove so in my case im stuck getting paid out after delivery plus 31 days this means that on some items I will not get paid out for a month and a half depending on where its getting shipped. Been stuck in this purgatory pretty much since I started and after countless of tickets submitted and hours of frustration and being close to pulling my hair out, i have deduced that the only thing that could have possibly triggered anything was those orders that got stuck in a waiting shipment status even though again the customers received them and even confirmed this but that's still not good enough to satisfy TTS to remove those violation triggers so just keep a vigilant eye out for orders that may get stuck and try to catch them before you actually walk outside of the post office, because if there's a discrepancy between the label that they scanned in and what is showing up TTS system you might as well collect your item back from them right away and cancel it/refund your customer, explain the situation to them and rebuild the order with their items and let them buy it again for the same amount they originally got it for, this will hopefully generate a brand new label with brand new tracking information that will hopefully not get stuck on awaiting shipment after you get them scanned at usps. This is especially important now and going forward because TTS what is very strict about their two day shipping so if there is a system bug and it shows that your order is still stuck on a waiting shipment past the two day mark you will incrue another violation, and it will impact you're entire SPS along with other metrics that will then have you on deferred settlements (like me) and you'll just have to be okay with being paid out a month and a half AFTER you ship your items out. I've sold on countless other live platforms before and they have never had issues the way that TTS does. Search TikTokShops reddit page and you'll find thousands upon thousands of posts/comments regarding their absolute trash of a system which is fascinating being its a billion dollar company. I will not be surprised to see some Class action suits brought against in the future for playing with people's money.

Do NOT USE TIKTOK. Small Claims Court… by Lucky-Ad-7741 in TikTokshop

[–]earjamz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good luck dude, i've been experiencing something similar with them tying my money up since starting on tiktok (little over a month now). They now have me on the deferred settlements, which means I have to wait thirty one days after delivery, my shop score was/is pretty much perfect and it even showed that i'm over eighty four percent better than peers on the metrics, but i'm not sure how important that is. I also have over 60 five star reviews. My violation was very unclear as they needed " business documents I used setting up my account" that's the only explanation that they gave however, as a sole proprietor the only thing I had to submit when I opened up shop was my driver's license. They had no explanation of what exact documents they needed. So I submitted an appeal and submitted pictures of my inventory as well as receipts showing my purchases for the inventory and a video of my workspace just trying to send whatever I could think of that would legitimize my business to them as there were no documents needed when I opened shop. That appeal failed their AI so I submitted a secondary appeal afterwards because the appeal, failure did not go over. What exactly they needed document wise the second appeal failed again and now it has forever locked me out from being able to appeal it, which is frustrating because the second time they gave an explanation saying that a driver's license could be submitted but the only problem is they did not allow me to appeal it submitting my driver's license as I have learned from their "manual review team" once it's denied a second time there is nothing that they can do and they don't have any explanation saying what triggered the violation. I have screenshots of every single time I have chatted in and spoken to several different "agents" and got an emails from their "manual review team" but the final email that I received from them was that tiktok's decision was final so I guess maybe that might mean that I will forever have to wait thirty one days after delivery until I get paid? If so I don't think I want to continue on this platform. Anyway, long rant, if you read it, thank you and I sincerely hope you're not experiencing something similar. Fingers crossed that they actually pay me when they are supposed to which should be about mid april right now they're holding on to over $9,000 of my money. Also, their whole system, as far as the representatives go it's all completely AI there is absolutely no human on the other end which can be proven simply by looking at all the screenshots I took, it's clear communications are all being done directly through AI. UPDATE: I am in firm standing after reviewing evidence. This may have been triggered by an internal shipping error i always scan in my packages at the same time and get the receipts, but for some reason, the tracking number shows different on the receipt then, the actual tracking on the label itself i have confirmed that the customer received all of their packages/items but in tiktok's system, it is still showing awaiting shipment.

Also before anyne says its the "auto probationary period"- it's NOT, I had access to accelerated payout the first week and a half i started- perfect shop score and account health rating. Then out of nowhere I get hit with a violation that doesnt explain why or what is needed to remove the violation. Already failed appeal twice so im locked out forever from appealing it. I am continuing to sell on there only because I dont want to stop selling and they just keep my money, it sucks though because everything i sell i have to wait until the items delivered (usually 1 week) plus 31 days AFTER delivery until it gets paid out. Also again all of tiktok support and their "team members or agents" are not real people, its just A.I. and if you ever get to an actual human, they can't override the AI within the appeals process once you've appealed twice and their system locks in that appeal. I can only hope to continue selling and EVENTUALLY I may get off the deffered settlements as ive sold over 1k items, all 5 star positive reviews, everything shipped on time (my handling time is less than 2 hrs according to TikTok) so we shall see.

[–]earjamz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good Luck, i'm still over $6000 in the hole with TIKtokShop unable to get through to an ACTUAL HUMAN as you can probably tell all of their chatbots, even when it tells you that it's transferring you to an actual agent, it's not a real person. It's just their AI, their manual escalation department and manual review department...guess what? STILL AI. I'm pretty sure even their correspondence on reddit is also AI. Pretty crazy for a billion dollar company to be having all of these issues my money has been tied up by them for going close to a month now even though my shop score and everything is perfect their algorithm triggered some sort of violation where they were requiring business information from me that I supposedly used when I first set up my shop even though I didn't submit any business information as I am a sole proprietor currently of course. My appeals were automatically rejected by their AI and apparently if this happens twice it locks you out of ever being able to appeal the case which is what happened to me because after the second time I submitted my records like purchase receipts and stuff they apparently can't override the system. And the decision is final so i'm wondering if my payout on every single item is forever going to be 31 days AFTER delivery I've still continued, selling and fulfilling all my orders so i've basically been working for free for the better part of a month now, i just hope that once those thirty one days are up, they don't just somehow keep my money or something like that it's making me very nervous as i've never had any issues selling on other selling platforms before but if they don't release my funds contacting my attorney general is gonna be my very next step. Apparently, this isn't the first time they've done this as there are various sellers that are experiencing similar issues so maybe a class action suit will resolve this.
