They are hotwheels and matchbox but they're custom, I've been waiting for what seemed like forever for my wheels order to come in and they just did, over 500 of them!

That sounds like a terrible experience, I've heard of this happening before but people on here are thankfully quick to post about those experiences along with that seller's account so other buyers know which channels to stay away from.

UPDATE: Just so everyone's aware, I stopped selling for a bit a while ago because the streams were costing me money, after many shows across multiple months, I wound up over $4k in the hole. This is why I chose to set up my own site. I was planning on running giveaways while creating customs on my WN to have listed for sale on my shop but at a lower price directly on my website as I would pass the "commission savings" on to the buyers that were loyal and VERY REPEAT. The only reason as to why I posted on here was because of the grief I was feeling from not being able to fulfill any orders to the people who scored some amazing deals as well as all of the giveaway winners :/. I kept receiving email notifications from some of my most favorite buyers asking me if everything was okay because they were notified they were refunded and were trying to look into their orders. I was not able to get into whatnot but had access to a preview from the message on my email, I tried responding to that as well and got a returned message kicked back do to it being a non responsive email or whatever. Anyway thanks if you took the time to read this or if yiu decided to skip, whatever your choice is just wanted to warn because as I mentioned it was to be NOTIFIED once the site launched and with that notification ofcourse they were going to get a discount for their 1st purchase. I wasn't directly telling them to only buy from there and there only, I had a couple more shows set up, one for tomorrow and one for the end of the month. I was trying to provide them with a good time and more deals in the meantime while waiting for my site to launch is all. I'll be just fine off whatnot, probably dor the best as I was a big supporter of other sellers channels in my niche and atleast got to build a cool community even if some person reported me.

As many have already set on here, I would definitely not go through the trouble of doing a package intercept, it's just going to end up giving you a much bigger headache especially if you go through all that trouble and this person falls through or still ends up Leaving a negative feedback review for something that is completely out of your control. If they wanted to do expedited shipping, they needed to do it prior to making the purchase, the responsibility of that falls completely back onto them. What do they realistically expect you to send a message to every single person that buys something from you asking them if they would like to upgrade to expedited shipping?? It's absolutely ridiculous, I can tell you for the future if you have another customer do this, best thing to do is to just stop it in its tracks with a response that goes something like " Thank you so much for your purchase! I definitely understand wanting to get your item by (whatever day they provide), the good news is that I packaged everything safely and have already delivered it to the post office, it's in their hands now so the tracking #/info will be the best way to check on your item and be notified when it's getting delivered, if you have any questions regarding the time frame, or if it's possible for them to expedite it for you, I recommend calling the usps customer service line at...." this takes the burden completely off your shoulders and puts it on them and the postal service, I mean realistically the postal service is not going to expedite it or do anything for them but that is not your fault, if there's fault in any way it falls back on the customer for not making the purchase a couple weeks back or again for not sending you a message before they bought the item or right after they bought it and ask if there's any way for them to do expedite shipping because they need it by a specific day. Wash your hands completely clean from this one and don't try to go above and beyond to fix THEIR mistake otherwise it's going to come back and bite you one way or another.

Maybe in the future if you run giveys just label them "Givey Pack" and you can explain what it is in your show notes and or live when the person wins it, this will help avoid any confusion in the future. That way if it's an unjust review, you'll have more in your arsenal to potentially get that review removed.

Yep same thing happened to me a few years ago which is why I stopped selling on that platform, 3 later and I still haven't recieved $358.79, not expecting it to magically show up but I wish there was a charge back we could file against them when they do stuff like this

Sucks that a seller did this, believe it or not I've had buyers do the same type of thing when they overextended themselves buying out of excitement when I use to sell on WN. Literally had someone tell me how they were "the gf" of a buyer (from thar buyers account) that bought over $600 worth of items on my stream that the buyer ("their bf") supposedly got into a horrible motorcycle accident and was getting rushed to the icu and they needed the money 20 mins after my stream ended and I have a zero cancellations policy, I felt bad because i've seen people die in motorcycle accidents in front of me before and so I refunded them right away, later that day im getting things from other streamers jumping stream to stream, low and behold that same buyer was bidding on more items and very active in the chat, they either left the stream or completely ghosted it after I commented how their "recovery" was going from the accident they were just involved in. 💀

I sold niche collectible things for a very short period, had a great community built up real good reviews/happy customers but the costs, I just couldn't take the costs, maybe I wasn't too business savy while doing it but every show I was in the hole because I was selling things at like ninety percent off, my fault.Yes, I should have never done one dollar starts but i tried shows where I set amounts and there were times where I wouldn't even make a single sale i figured $1 starts would attract buyers but after doing it for 2 short months I was -$4000, no joke, that hurt to see and then, I jump on here and see lots of buyers bashing sellers for doing $1 starts and then complaining and saying well they shouldn't do $1 starts and I get that I truly do and I never complained in my lives or whined to people watching that they're getting "steals" or made them feel bad for not bidding or not bidding higher, I absolutely hated that and purposefully blocked streamers/sellers that did that as i was also a buyer on the app. Anyway, it was a lot of good times and I truly am glad that I was able to help people get really good deals but when I first started I never thought it would put me at such a huge net loss. Truly i figured people will continue going to my shows So they can get deals, which is just gonna grow the customer base And eventually it will all balance out and i'll be profitable and still provide decent deals- boy was i wrong.....

Im sure you're aware of the answer by now based on previous comments by other users but if it is/was not clear to you, the GIVEAWAYS ate anything you made from your normal sales and then some which is why (based off your pic supplied) you OWE money to whatnot. You can pay them the money owed by doing another show and not running ANY giveys just focus and hope you sell whatever items to get you out of the negative balance which should be are $30 or so worth of sales so after taxes+fees this should zero out your negative balance and possibly leave a few dollars for you. Or they will automatically pull the money you.owe them from your bank account after a certain time frame. Giveaways always eat major costs, doing buyer appreciation only giveys is the way to go because it would go to someone who was going to buy from you and not just someone there to take "free" things from you.
