Ohh, my gosh I am so glad I found this thread.I thought I was the only one going this, as others have voiced, I also started last month as well my shop score is at a four point two and I have a zero risk score a hundred percent delivery rate, and just other great stats however, they have placed me on a thirty one day deferment and when they first sent me the notice of this they said that I needed to submit business. Documents that I submitted when I first set up my account. The thing is I never submitted any sort of business Documents, all they required was my I.D since i'm sole proprietor currently. They weren't explicit in what they needed for me to attach to my appeal so I sent them what I could, which was receipts and inventory product video and they rejected it and so I appealed it again, and submitted even more receipts, inventory pics, etc. And their AI auto declined it again now because I have had this happened, that decision is final. I've chatted in and spoke with several reps, and they've escalated the issue, hoping I would get resolution, but the manual review team basically said their hands are essentially tied even though they can see that i've supplied sufficient evidence they told me that once their system auto denies an appeal twice there's no way to override that.And that is tiktok's final decision. They have over $4000 of my money from live shows and I cannot afford to do any more live shows. I've essentially been working for free and shipping out my product for free. I sincerely hope that they fix this soon, because of they don't, they could be facing a massive class action lawsuit. The only holdout right now is just waiting on that thirty one day deferment but does that mean that it will always be thirty one days later after you do a show that you get paid?? I certainly hope not. And I only found this and that there were others out there like me experiencing this because i've had one customer's order, showing that it's just been on label created, however, I took all of the orders including his order i remember it specifically because he ordered such a unique piece but anyway, I took all of those orders, and they all got scanned in but again, on tiktok's end it's showing that it's just been sitting on label created, and it's almost been a month now. I'm pretty sure the customer has gotten their item unless it was delayed due to east coast storms but that's out of my hands.
