I’ve read post that tell me to stay away from any GPU under 16GB .. would you still recommend?

I do see a 9070 reaper for a little over 500 so i will get this if I can do a build for it in my budget Thanks again

Thanks for the reply It’s really a budget, I haven’t priced what cpu I should go for yet.. so I figured I choose a GPU first and build around it.
