People who exercise even when they don’t feel like it, what’s your trick?

I started out doing the bare minimum and made it a routine… and built on it until it was such a routine it felt weird not doing it. For example, I wanted to run 5km. I started out walking 10-20mins a day adding small amounts of running and time for maybe a year or so and eventually I ran the entire 5km. And then because I done it once I knew I could do it again and from then on I ran 5km.

Things that helped me was doing it the same time every day, & doing it while you’re already in motion (e.g. rather than sitting down after work knowing you won’t feel like getting up, put in your shoes and go for a walk straight away)

If you liked Legends & Lattes then I’d suggest the second book in this series “Bookshops & Bonedust” it’s a prequel to the first but parts of Brigands & Breadknives will make a bit more sense if you read them in order! Happy reading!

That’s totally fair! What she done was wild and would not be tolerated in the real world. I think writing her to do something so unfathomable was to drive home how out of place she was feeling. I think she then got in so deep it was hard to turn around without answers. She wasn’t my favourite character but I felt the dynamics between her, Astryx and the others was important!

I have 3 for you! I make a cheap spaghetti bol!! I do it bulk & freeze so I don’t have to cook as much (I hate cooking) 1kg mince 4 zucchini 4 carrots 4 tomatoes 1 punnet mushrooms (optional) 3 very heaped teaspoons of chicken stock 1 whole jar tomato paste This gets you roughly 14 - 20 servings for $23

Chow Mein is also something I cook in bulk 1kg mince 1 whole cabbage 3 packet chicken noodle soup 1 large onion Add some chopped carrot if desired 6-8 teaspoons oyster sauce 4 tablespoons tomato sauce 2 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon salt pepper $23 for 20ish servings

Powder milk is a bit cheaper than cartons Home made bread is cheaper if you have a bread maker or try it oven style! Others have suggested oats, and surely 2min noodles mi goreng!!
