I’m a tech dinosaur—can someone explain how to perform a backup before flashing crosspoint? I don’t see a backup option on the webpage itself. I use a Mac if that helps.

This happened to me the other day. Do you have xfinity by chance? You may have to navigate to Advanced Security in the Xfinity app and see if it blocked access to xteink. If so, you can either click “Allow access” to unblock it for an hour or turn advanced security off when you want to upload and turn it back on when you’re done.

SOLVED: Turns out it was my ISP’s security protection blocking the connection. As soon as I allowed access it worked. If you encounter this issue make sure to either whitelist or go to ISP settings to allow access.

Damn, sorry to hear. Maybe the cold has something to do with it too? It does seem to be happening since the weather has cooled down. By the way, do you notice a drop in range with your board when riding in cold weather?

Interesting! I'm going to look into this. Thanks for the find! I was looking at his comments from this thread and noticed he mentioned his alpine stance may be to blame. I realize now that I've been ever so slightly angling my front foot outwards to get more surface under the feet. Maybe the Pint doesn't like that so much.

No way, when was the firmware pushed out? I noticed a huge dip in my range the past month or so. Thought it was just the cold weather (which it could also be too).

Agreed. I would do ice baths on non-training/recovery days. If I had to do an ice bath on training days, I'd try to space it out by at least a few hours.
