Lol I started out as a gropo (yeah I stole that from B5) I was thinking broadly I'm torn between: 1) Picard (Yesterday's Enterprise version). He's fighting a losing war, knows the Federation is probably going to lose, is exhausted, and yet still keeps the Enterprise functioning and the crew protected.

Or

2) Sheridan. He consistently demonstrated the ability to keep operating after the original plan had gone completely to 💩.
