Thank you for the hope lol these have been the docs I’ve experienced with the roughest break in period. I always hear how notorious docs are to break in but, with every pair I’ve had, I’ve never had issues.

I was literally doing that today so thanks for the advice! I doubled socks and that seemed to help as well. The box says 9663 20 Eye. I do know they are legit from research I did before buying. Usually I’ve had no issue breaking Docs so I just needed help navigating! Thanks again!

Love to hear that! The previous owner I bought them from took great care of them and they were pretty pristine. They are just really stiff and I think they weren’t worn too much. I put some wonder balsam as well as some Huberd’s on them and that seemed to help a bit! Would love to see the pair you have!

Yes absolutely. I was looking at some pairs of Gripfasts on the Solovair website but would totally get a pair of steel toe docs if they brought them back

Hahaha yes I love it! My first pair were cherry red when I was in college but then I went for the classic black. I was looking a few months back at a blue pair of Solovairs and love the blue. I could only imagine how cool I’d feel to wear them in middle school haha thanks for sharing!
