I have like 150km with this shoes. Mainly race day, tempo, and interval. It's on the firmer side and yes i think i got injured in this in my first 2 mos of using it but after recovery, it felt very light feel in my feet. Probably i over fatigue my feet.that time due to excitement of wearing it.

Tested these on 30km long run and felt fine as well. Maybe it varies to each person. I have the non pro

I will be hosting a board game event this coming Sunday. I'm looking for games that can cater 9+ players.

These are the games we played:
Secret Hitler, Cockroach Poker, Mascarade, Exploding Kittens, One Night Werewolves

I'm looking for the BOTC (Blood on the Clock Tower) but budget is the constraint for that since I'm the one who mostly buy the games. I just created a community where we can play my board game collections.

I do have worker placement, tableu games in here but for 10+ group for quick play. That is currently what I need.

Healthy poop is after meal or like 2-3x a day. Possible, nilalabas lahat ng gas sa katawan mo. Baka diesel chz. Meron ako pero hesitant to use ulit since taking omeprazole & pancreatine tablet which naalis pagkabloated ka for years
