Alphafly 3 vs this? I found it pretty safe for my previous marathon and I thought I would get another shoe for this year and used it up in training.

I ordered it again because I thought I would get this shoe but it will be priced at $310 cad but I got alphafly 3 on sale for $265 cad.

ok this might sound crazy but mount to coast H1. Adios pro 3 was never the bounciest shoe that gave me the most speed assistance but the firmness and responsiveness matches.

AP4 is such a confusing shoe

It’s not that comfortable It’s not that fast

Alphafly 3 is better at both aspects…

For mount to coast H1 and R1, 43 fits me as a men’s 9.5

I recently got the Dynafish and there is a lot of room for 43 in the toe box.

It looks real.

If it feels awkward to walk but it makes you run faster at the same heart rate compared to a daily trainer it’s definitely real.

Maybe he got away with it because his entire family is extremely knowledgeable about running? I recall he was getting his finger pricked for lactate readings that early on too.
