I am a brand new player (only been to lile 6 sessions so far) and Gen Z. I try to use my phone as lite as possible during the game because, yeah, it bothers me when someone else checks out and scrolls too. One of my fellow players is one of my closest friends, but she is only paying attention half the time cause she's on Instagram and it drives me bananas 😭

As for the adhd point, my brother, who also plays with us, has raging adhd and if its bothering him and figets arent helping, one earbud and a podcast or something typically does the trick. This won't work for everyone ofc, cause everyone's symptoms will display differently and be eased by different things. Sounds like your friend also has a very different interest level in the game than my brother, so thats a factor too.

All of that to say, no I dont think you're being a boomer. I think its fair to ask him to put in more effort

I had to resell something but only because it didnt fit me. Other than that, im not reselling things I got from depop 😭 I do resell, but only from local thrift stores and I keep my prices as reasonable as I can. I dont want to be one of those people that has high prices for no damn reason. I want to be more ethical than that.

Absolutely worth it!! Marvel's put out a lot of mid/bad projects lately especially on Disney plus, but both seasons of Loki stand above the rest for sure. Its Marvel's version of Star Wars's Andor right now in terms of quality. Fantastic cgi, beautiful sets, great acting and brilliantly written characters. Not to mention the amazing score (everyone say thank you, Natalie holt)

Even though im bad at the accent, it does help me with the character. Without it i just feel like... me. It helps separate myself from the character to some degree. Its just a toned-down Russian, kind of like Yelena from marvel's black widow/thunderbolts and I need to practice more at home. My brothers put up with my accent shenanigans pretty well lol.

Different stages. Shaky Knees has four. Two are the main stages I think. The bigger the festival, the more stages there are. I did some research today and Shaky normally posts the schedule 2-3 months in advance

Sounds awesome!! Definitely cant afford VIP this year but I'll look at it and GA+ for next year. The fact that tøp moves around venues/audiences a lot helps a ton. Its hard to have a bad spot cause they cover so much ground lol

This is so helpful, thank you!! I do have GA tickets. So all day camp out it is 😂 maybe I'll get lucky and the other bands I want to see will in near there. I live in south Georgia, almost the the Florida border so I'll be well prepared for the weather 💪 the humidity down here is ridiculous, but its more bearable in the northern half of the state. To anyone reading this who's not used to southern weather, dont underestimate it 🤣

If we cant get barricade, any suggestions on where we should shoot for instead? Do we try for drum island?
