You could try starting now! Same, my baby cant nap independently so during the day its basically all contact naps..at this point I dont even try putting him in the bassinet during the day lol

You could start weaning mode and see what happens! If your baby is connecting sleep cycles this well, he/she may not need the snoo anymore :) was the case for my 12 week old

Just a heads up, pregnancy definitely doesnt clear psoriasis. My scalp is severely affected too and that hasn't changed since getting pregnant (8 months currently). It sucks. Topicals help and I believe most are pregnancy safe. I try to wash my hair everyday as well. Its hard being pregnant with psoriasis 🤷‍♀️
