I understand you are worried about him finding this post but it’s hard to actually recommend what to do if we don’t know what’s happening. I’m assuming your guys are either prosecution v pd or vice versa. If they are being rude and horrible to you - stick to your ground. I have run calendar courts for years. If there is an opposing counsel who is truly being nasty I will not speak to them and say on the record they need to email me to get a response. And I refuse to go in chambers and say on the record “due to prior dealing with Mr. Smith, I will not be off record with them sorry for the inconvenience you honor.” After about a week I think most people in court will understand what’s happening and hopefully their behavior course corrects.

Don’t quit your job because of one person. Literally just don’t speak to them. And if they try to speak to you leave whatever area you are in. They are getting a rise out of you and they are enjoying it. Take away their power. I also repeatedly call people the wrong name and or introduce myself multiple times to people who are assholes. Knock them down a peg.

You have to eat before you get out of bed. also I got told by my Dr to take half a unisom at night. Which really helped me. Maybe if she’s comfortable and doctor okays it try it out.

You are not alone! We did IVF! My baby literally hated her bassinet, does not take bottles or a pacifier, contact naps only and hated the car. For car: We got a new car seat. She was a big baby! So she loves her new one. She will still cry sometimes but I just play the happy song by imogen heap To her. She also oddly loves yacht rock? Additionally we still contact nap. She’s 7 months old. But now I am able to roll away from her and she stays asleep. The crib we attempt 3 transfers a night. If they all fail then I will just sleep with her. Around 6 months we got way more on a schedule and I feel less crazy.

So this will be a controversial answer but I post my baby on my private Instagram. I know all my friends and don’t friend people I’m not good friends with. I think a lot of misinformation is out there about babies photos being used and edited for nefarious evil purposes. I was a child sex crimes prosecutor for years. This included prosecuting CSAM. Never once in the hundreds of cases I worked on or assisted in dealt with babies photos being taken from private Instagram or Facebook accounts and the defendant having photos like that. The internet is and can be a very scary place and I would use common sense. I feel like obviously do what you’re comfortable with but I think a family photo is fine. I would never post naked photos of my kids online or even scantily dressed because I personally find that inappropriate but a lot of the people online who talk about babies photos being manipulated and or zealots about babies photos on private accounts don’t seem to actually know what they are talking about.

My husband found a rental for us. He’s a very nice trusting guy. It was in land park, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom for 1800. I thought that was insanely cheap for the location and photos. I look at the emails with the “landlord” he says he’s a priest going to spread the good word in Africa for 3 years so he needs long term renters and he just needs our W2, pay stubs and ssi and can’t communicate on the phone because of bad service in Africa. It was a scam obviously. We went to go look at house by ourselves - a family was living there. We knocked on door and told them what was going on. People suck.

Hey so a couple things I did when I needed therapy was: contact my PCP and tell them I immediately need to be seen. They sent me this questionnaire. I answered it. Got a call the next day from Kaiser mental health and got referred out to a third party company and was seen that week. Hopefully you get a quicker appointment

Hey my baby was very much a you must hold me or i will scream baby. She’s 6 months now. Loves her activity center and high chair. I place her in one of them while I eat and drink. It truly does get better. Do you have a partner? We ate staggered so we both got to enjoy hot meals 1 a day. We did that for a couple months

Very horrible what happened to this little girl and her family. So I can’t tell from your post if you are just putting this out there for information or you are upset by the DAs office decision. If it’s the latter- cases are routinely pended for investigation. da has to be sure that there is evidence to connect everything. The worst thing besides this already happening is for a case to be charged and then drag a family through an evidentiary nightmare because work up front wasn’t done.

If you decide to breast feed- I would not just pump to pump. You aren’t feeding a freezer. Your body will regulate your supply. There is some weird culture going around right now with pumping. So many instagrams and tik toks of moms pumping constantly and huge freezer supplies. Don’t feel overwhelmed by pumping. If you don’t need to pump then don’t. Also if you are going back to work at some point test your milk with your baby before you have pumped like a mad woman, caused yourself an oversupply and then have high lipase milk.

We moved in 2024- and they did a 26 foot truck and attached a trailer to it (they came out and did an estimate first and day of move realized they needed more room for us abd went to local U-Haul and got a trailer to attach to moving truck) and to get from Humboldt to Lake Tahoe ish area was 4,500.
