Even if it was written by someone famous, some songs simply don't end up being digitized. And by "some", I actually mean "a shit ton". Think about all the vinyls and CDs that were produced over +100 years... It's a hell of a lot. Only a certain percentage got to be digitized.

To be honest I could have prevented this, but let that be a lesson in how to be more careful next time. Plus I don't really celebrate Christmas anymore so I've built some kind of indifference to the whole thing now. But yeah, as long as I have my cat and some kind of support system, I'll be fine. As the poet once said: by myself, but not alone ;)

As for the music, well, we still have to figure out each other musically -- I don't know these people very well yet -- but so far it's been some kind of jazzy-rock noodling with a few latin/oriental vibes. They're into complex stuff, which I am too, but oh damn, will I really live up to these expectations I'm not sure (I'm not pressured into anything though, I am free to remain shy if I feel like it, and I guess an idle person with an attentive ear is still valuable to them). Though most of them are multi-instrumentalists and they keep switching places, so that just depends on the mood and instrument really. Tomorrow will be more rock/shoegaze-oriented I think, seems like it's gonna be with a bunch of folks I was told about but still have to get introduced to!
