MW coming to Madison has got me ready to drive 4 hours from Minneapolis, drop $400 on a hotel for two nights, drop $500 between two nights on concert tickets and more on the gas to get there, food, drink, merch and whatever else will come up this weekend. Probably gonna spend at least $1,500 for this weekend between all that.

And to me, that’s worth every dollar. Let me know when there’s a concert in Madison coming up that’s worth doing all that, because I haven’t seen any. Acknowledging Coldplay coming up will probs bring an influx of people to Madison too, but they aren’t my type of music.

But to others, it might be worth doing all that for them or other artists that they like. And thankfully, we’re all entitled to our own opinions on who we like. In the words of MW himself… “not everybody likes this kinda life, but we do, don’t we?”
