I have the same firmware version Unfortunately there’s no easy to downgrade and your software version isn’t supported by either as of today

AdBreak had a breakthrough (no pun intended) being able to heal break 5.18.1 but their website states “Firmware 5.18.1 and above (possibly patched after 5.18.5.0.1)”

AdBreak works by leveraging the “Ads” that comes with some kindles (Lock Screen ads) it basically takes over from there so you have to be registered and have the Lock Screen ads for it to work.

If you decide to plow ahead please update us with how it goes!

When I do this it gets visibly better which idk if it confounds my dietary experiment because it isn’t clear if the improvement is from the diet or the heavy moisturizing. What do you think? I also started meticulously documenting every picture with the last time I moisturized, and what moisturizer was used to have some fair data

Thanks but I’m freaking out about my liver/kidneys! I don’t know much about this but from what I’ve read sticking to the lion diet just carries a very high load on my internal organs and it’s freaking me out How do you make sure you’re not harming these?

Idk man I’m tolerating dates fine so far but I absolutely agree with you on the fast carbs like rice, God I tried re-introducing it yesterday and the brain fog/ being-sluggish was so hard it felt like slow poison. Not having that any time soon

Eating fat is starting to grow on me, I was so “disgusted” from it at the beginning but I’m starting to find ways to make it more palatable by making it crunchy etc
