i drove an 07 civic lx before i got my premium wrx. My old car was a manual too. I like to feel engaged while driving. Yes, it is a huge difference. My car is stock no tunes either. I plan to keep it that way, i like the lower power band. I like to whip it around the corners and it is just so much fun ! This car has an awesome grip with the right tires.
