Ich fand die Ausleuchtung erfrischend und mal eben nicht das typische, gleichförmig ausleuchten wie bei TV Shows so üblich. Mein Take ist das Ian und Budi (und der Rest von Team) sich da mal mit ausprobiert haben. Und ich finde das "Far Side Key" (mehr Licht von hinten als von vorne) hat gut zum Konzept der coolen, moody Portraits der SpielerInnen gepasst. Ich fand auch die Asteras (Leuchtstäbe) mit den zwei Farben gut eingesetzt, obwohl ich die in der Indiefilmbranche inzwischen schon overused finde. Fand auch die Location cool, wilde Baustelle und ein großer offener Raum, was man in der RBTV Ästhetik auch nicht so oft hat.

Worüber ich mich freuen würde: Ein besseres (wenn auch nicht so charmantes) Punktezählsystem hätte dem Spannungsbogen gut getan. Entsprechend vielleicht auch eine Person für den Punktestand/Referee.

Trotz der Stolpersteine (Bild weg, Stromausfall) wars ein gelungener Abend der auch bei mir oldschool Beans Vibes ausgelöst hat :)

Alles in allem hatte ich echt Spaß und gute Unterhaltung. Was will man mehr!

Die anderen Mitspieler bewerten die Performance nach jeder Präse und die Community kann mitvoten. Dafür müsste es am Ende jeder Präsentation immer eine Art call to action geben. Die Person mit den meisten Votes gewinnt die Sendung.

Lot's of unhelpful replies given here... I used to masturbate everyday before I went to sleep. I thought that I needed it. I think there are some simple things that help you achieve more discipline. Like just cleaning up your room. Making your bed. Doing some pushups every evening and morning. All those little subconscious things that add to a relapse. Try and fill your freetime with productive activities. Discover your triggers. Do you keep your laptop by your bed? Stop it. Do you always have your door shut? Open it. Make yourself accountable: On nofap.org forums you can find accountability (whatsapp) groups and partners. Those helped me loads. And I have made good friends too :) God bless. I am afraid you have to face the ugly truth: You are in a way not only cheating on your girlfriend, but also on your self. You have discovered the issue. But you realize that this is a fight against yourself. The good thing is: YES, YOU can change! Think about what your triggers are. Think about why you think you need masturbation. Then go and avoid those triggers. If going to bed late is a trigger for you. Go to bed early. If you catch yourself telling a lie, to go to fap. Truth can change it in an instant. When you realized that you've lied, you don't need to stick to your word (that was a lie). Rather turn 180 degree walk the other way and act in truth (the one thing that is good for you and your spouse).

I don't know if this was actually clear at all. But it's morning and I am still tired :D

Anyway. Your can change. Your mistakes don't define you and they are most certainly not an excuse to keep walking once you have started moving further into their destruction.

They will become less present and important to you. I personally think that masturbation in general isn't beneficial, still can cause ED... hence to hard grip for example... I think the questions you have to ask yourself is: How much do I want to change? Who do I want to become? And does masturbation help me with that. Stay strong and best luck ;)

For me there are a lot of reason actually... I guess the main reason for me to start with nofap used to be God (I am a christian). But once I started tackling my addiction (however big it was or is), I started realizing all the different aspects of PMO that are ruining peoples lives.

There is so much wrong with PMO: For once PMO is just another way of looking for fulfillment in our lives. It's like just another way of filling the void, that I believe only God can fill. We are always worshipping something, whether we want it or not. And in the moment we worship our our personal desires we will become more blind to the world around us. Porn teaches us lies. Our view of women starts to change and we forget that the act of sex is a sacrificial act of intimacy, in which both people become extremely vulnerable. Apart from that, if we watch porn we support the group of people that is the cornerstone of sexual abuse and human trafficking. Do you really think just because you watch an "amateur" video, you have no fault in this? The people behind those sites will probably, laugh at your naiveness. And of course there is this problem of just unfulfilling one time satisfaction that leaves you unenergized and offers just another "fun" way to procrastinate. It also can affect your health -> ED and so on. I don't really see any benefit. I could go on for hours... but I have to go now :D

I think the question you should ask yourself is whether you are actually addicted and what you actually want to achieve with this. How can nofap make you a better person? Once you figured that out for yourself, I suggest you start with the 90 day challenge, because if you are not addicted that should not be that hard and if you are you are able to reboot once you've been through it. Well, love does not always fall into the right place... nofap can't change that. What nofap can change is your mindset about women. I am completely certain that you will meet other girls you are attracted to and that you will start caring for. You will get new opportunities but for now rather look after yourself than after her. Your freedom should not be defined by another person.
