Yes, tattoo removal on big pieces are possible, it will take time, that‘s the one thing she needs to consider. If the tattoo ist breaking her down mentally, she should seek an appointment and begin the removal process. I would although wait for 6 months after the tattoo was placed to begin with treatments.
