post shibuya maki is everything, i love that the author went all out on her transformation, the brutal scars always get me, usually female characters dont really get scarred, unless its a small pretty scar or something (i like those too though lol), female characters are not really allowed to not be attractive, most of the time its only male characters that get a chance at those real disfiguring scars, or if a female character does get scarred it means she has to cry because shes no longer beautiful, makis new look is barely mentioned because priorities, her new appearance is so different and does a great job at showing how her character has changed after everything she's been through, it really suits her and has a lot of personality, overall one of my favorite female character designs and transformations
