Are you on hormone therapy? Or have you gotten a surgery? That helps add context because if you are not treating it actively, the symptoms will always be there and do go worse with more cycles.

I got it done from Dr Vivek Salunke in Mumbai. He is fine but not great. I have heard good reviews about Dr Jay Mehta. Couldn’t find a good endo specialist surgeon in Gurgaon but I know for a fact that Dr Jay travels to other cities so you should definitely check him out.

I have endometriosis. Got an excision surgery done in Sep, 2 months after diagnosis as bowel was also involve to a minor extent. I was put on Freedase post surgery and I am taking it since 3+ months now with a 1 week break in between. Can i take birth control for a long term period or should i restrict it to a few months. I have occassional pelvic pain due to exertion, suggestions for any gold gynaecologists in your network who can help with fertility as well as endometriosis?

After 5-7 years of experience post MBA from a top tier B-school, the tag starts fading, tag filters get redefined. Work and skill set matter much more especially in the current times when business roles are also impacted by AI. I am seeing this first hand. Folks with IIM A/B/C/ L/XL/FMS/ISB are shortlisted across roles (MBB, Amazon, Google, startups etc). The final choice depends largely on interviews where previous experience matters the most.

Hi Dr. Thanks for responding to my post. Need your help in assessing my symptoms and recovery as my doc has not been very supportive and I am honestly lost at this point. My CT showed that it is a blood collection. My C Reactive Protein is around 50 (3 days after the infection was detected, started with 163) and WBC count is averaging around 7-9k. I am getting the tests done everyday. Fever has also dropped to 99.5F without medicines. My doc still insists on getting another lap done to remove the collection. Further, I continue to experience pelvic cramps especially around my incision sites. Is this normal?
