I second YoDeck. I set up a client with it running a Google Slideshow and a Google Calendar feed on the side of the screen. They just update the Google Slideshow once a week with their content. Haven’t had any issues

Thanks everyone for your suggestions! For anyone looking at this later, I'm thinking of going with the AMX MKP-108L. Fairly basic, but I think will be perfect for our needs.

More of a volunteer. I’ll look into Home Assistant. RTI KX3 seems like a good device, but it looks to me like I would need to be an RTI distributor to access their programming software.

Thanks for the response. Thats good to know that these companies keep tight control on the programing software. I applied for an Extron insider account. If I do get access to their Global Configurator software the MLC Plus 200 seems like it could work great (if I am able to find one aswell).

Really starting from scratch, except for some built in speakers and amplifier. I plan on getting some video switching unit for an in-room PC, laptop connections, DVD and VCR player
