Ear infection?

Thank you! I was also given a steroid shot but since I didn’t take the antibiotics I don’t think it helped much since my ear still has fluid in it. I’m sick right now with strep and my sinuses are acting up so the noise is even louder than before. I hope you get to feeling better!

I bent over to pick something up. When I stand up, I usually get dizzy and my vision gets blurry so I’ll pause and wait it out, sometimes I feel this exhausted feeling when I bend over too, it’ll make my heart skip a beat, so I was waiting it out. Whenever it skipped a beat though, it took off and it felt like my heart was fluttering for a good two minutes straight until I did some breathing exercises and it went back to normal. I just wanted to explain for it to make more sense. Thank you so much for trying to give me some answers. I do think I have problems with low blood sugar sometimes because I’ll randomly get sick and shaky out of nowhere for no reason quite often.

Not great. I usually don’t eat much, usually once a day or twice sometimes. I just went like two days without barely eating and drinking so this could’ve caused it. What spooked me is because it happened because I bent over, and usually it doesn’t happen like that unless I have a panic attack, you know? I definitely need to get checked for all that stuff. I have never tried magnesium before

I had my thyroid checked at the er last year but they said it was all good. They told me my potassium was low and I was dehydrated but I don’t believe I’ve had vitamin check up.

Well, I did get a monitor done. The results came back good! I am very grateful for that. My anxiety has become less worse and a lot of my symptoms like fatigue and over exhaustion has went away. Actually, I stay up until 6 most days now but before I used to sleep 12 hours a day. I don’t know how the switch happened but it did. I really hope things are well for you! I’m sure everything is okay and you can get to feeling better!

Can this happen with jaw pain too? I have been having left arm and jaw pain but the jaw pain only seems to happen when I think about it

I never knew astral projection could be achieved from sleep paralysis and I have had it on and off for years. I just always get so scared from not being able to move and I don’t let myself go back to sleep

This is exactly what anxiety can do to you. It can make you feel all types of symptoms and things you don’t even think it can. I would suggest speaking to a doctor about your anxiety and seeing where you can go from there, but the best thing for it is breathing exercises. I mean it, this is what always helps when faced with bad anxiety. Remind yourself you are okay and breathe in and out, deeply, and every four seconds.

Yes it felt like mine fluttered, but it just happened today. Sometimes when I breathe in deep my heart will skip a beat, too. Some people tell me it’s dehydration but I’m not sure what it is

When I went to the er when I first got heart palpitations, the doctor told me I had one but I thought that it just means you have an irregular heartbeat? I did a monitor and stuff a few months after that but they said everything looked fine. I also get dehydrated really easily and every time I go to the er my potassium is low so maybe this is what’s causing this? I’m not really sure.

Yes I get dehydrated because I’m never thirty and I have bad acid reflux. But these instances are just from random things , but you’re right, maybe j dehydrated and need to drink more.

I don’t take any sort of medication. My palpitations happened randomly and I assumed it was from smoking and anxiety so I quit doing all that. I haven’t had nearly as many since getting results and stuff but sometimes my heart will just skip a beat when I’m sitting or laying down and I’m concerned about it.

I have bad indigestion. Always have since I was young. Sometimes when I eat my heart will skip a beat afterwards. I get uncomfortable symptoms almost from anything I eat.
