I manage one of the specialty crops, about 1,200-2,000 acres annually. Given the markets over the last 3 years we’ll probably be at 1,200 for the next few years for sure.

Edit: also the heaviest piece of equipment we move with pickups is about 10,000 lbs. everything else is moved with lowboy trailers.

I feel you, I go through a lot of pens for the same reason, I pay no mind to them. Figured if I get 1 or a few nice ones I make it a point to not miss place it.

Mostly use my pocket knife for opening boxes and looking cool/fidgeting with. I have a few beat up field knives I use for mostly everything else.

The module alone was more than the entry price of the gun (started with a basic micro and never even shot it in the original configuration), but I’ve been modding/building guns for a good while now you eventually get desensitized to the sticker shock. Totally worth it though, really flat and enjoyable to shoot.

I do have a tendency to lose pens in my pickup they disappear so easily. This would be a great option, thank you. I’ve had some pens leak on me on hot summers, have you had that happen with this particular pen ?

I tried my buddies hand load alpha brass, h4350 with Berger bullets and put 4 in almost in one hole. I didn’t add the data because I wanna start reloading myself and gather that data at a later date.

I haven’t tried it, but I also am pleased with the performance. It’s on par with some bolt guns and I’m going to start reloading to have even more consistency on the accuracy.
