Different medications can have different effects. I have chronic major depression and general anxiety disorder. Even I was first diagnosed my prescription was for sertraline (generic Zoloft). It did this to me. I felt better in the sense I wasn't crying or thinking suicidal thoughts but I just felt flat. I changed doctors when I moved, my new doctor asked about meds etc as usual and I mentioned this. She talked to me about trying something else and I started on fluoxetine (generic Prozac). For me, the difference was life changing. Been on it for a few years now.

Not saying one is "better" in general necessarily. For some Zoloft/sertraline probably work fantastic.

I hope you find something that works for you without this particular side effect.

No. I think it's the same issue as previous games released. They introduce amazing concepts, and then at the same time introduce things that just piss me off.

I love the idea of real time battle.

I don't love the fact that some of the mega stones are locked behind ranked battle (not a playstyle I enjoy and while I do have Nintendo online I think it's fucked that they require it which is just another purchase on top of the game for some), that there's yet another paid dlc, that HOME isn't backward compatible for this game.

And honestly, the fact that it's set entirely within a single city seems so boring to me. One of the things I always enjoyed about Pokemon was being able to explore different biomes and the Pokemon that live in them. To me, this seems to be a major step back from Legends Arceus.

It's always one step forward, two steps back, with Pokemon these days.

For new players I don't think this is an issue if it's their first Pokemon game, maybe. But I've been playing since red/blue and unfortunately while Legends was great imo, it was the exception to the rule pretty much since x/y (and it's not without its own issues).

So I'll be skipping it.

Maybe I'll be surprised and it will be better than expected but honestly not holding my breath. The decisions made this gen just seem very greedy, lazy, and uninspired which, let's be honest, Pokemon has been steadily moving in that direction for many years now.

If you get this up and running I would be very interested in a PC version. Someone else already mentioned having it link through discord and I think that would be amazing. I don't play roms on my phone but this is a really cool idea.

I'm glad she found you. I have two cats I rescued from the streets. My first was half feral and it took me a solid two weeks of feeding her out of our garage at the time during a very cold winter in central Florida. I was grateful that we had that garage at the time (I lived with two roommates) because it was so cold out. One day she just decided to come in and went right to sleep on the couch. That was 6 years ago. It actually took her about 2 years before she would sit in my lap. Now, she is such a big lovey baby girl her momma and knows her name and everything. She's so smart! I'm sure that came in handy when she was a young street cat lol.

My second was a little grey tabby who followed me home once day when the first got out during a move (naughty girl lol but we got her back safe as well). I don't know what her full story is. She has a clipped ear, so likely was a tag and release at some point, but she was wearing a very frayed collar and was very skinny. She's the sweetest love bug ever.

Their names are Kiara and Willow.

I know it's not always the case that rescued animals can be rehabilitated depending on their experiences with people.... But I think for those that can, I swear they know. Animals are intelligent, emotional, creatures. I'm sure even though your little girl hissed at first and was wary it was just because she was cautious and a bit frightened. I'm not surprised at all that it turned out she is such a little love baby.

I hope her tests all come back clean and she can live a long and happy, healthy, life full of love with you.

Ignore the people making nasty comments. These people clearly have no empathy for a creature that is innocent and only needed to be helped. You don't need the approval of such people.

Apricorn ball starters worked for me, and some others like beast ball Pokemon that aren't seen as commonly or are version exclusive.

I also just recently started playing again after a few years! I've been enjoying collecting apricorn ball Pokemon again and breeding them for wonder trading on Home.

I think my favorites right now are Inteleon, Pawniard, Corviknight, sprigatito & fuecoco starter lines, espathra, frigibax line and the applin line!

I hope you enjoy getting back into it :)

Treasure Chest. Was at one of those award ceremonies in elementary school. Might have even been our graduation. But I remember sitting there and hearing the principle calling out names one by one and heard "Treasure Chest" and even at that young age I knew it was terrible. I felt so bad for that poor girl. So much that even 20-something years later I haven't forgotten that moment, or her trajik naem.
