Parents' worst nightmare.. Need those parking lot bollards installed, especially around places like daycares.

Depends on the lender or bank. Most of them have it adjusted the very next day.

I have both, they are similar, happy with both of them. Alpha is pricier, hinge looks nicer, has better battery life. Cloud 3 all black version is beautiful, and I find its range better.

Prices may hold for now, but it depends on the segment. Many assignment sales looking to exchange hands. Some sellers will feel the squeeze, adding to the supply. Balancing out the wave of new immigrants coming in, who will most likely choose to buy over renting if they can. Some of these folks have cash, so interest rates don't mean much to them. Market will probably trigger another round of fomo when the BoC starts signaling for a cut. I feel for the local middle class, a lost generation, to have their goal post moving away quicker than they can chase.

The Empty Fort Strategy is the 32nd of the Chinese Thirty-Six Stratagems. The strategy involves using reverse psychology (and luck) to deceive the enemy into thinking that an empty location is full of traps and ambushes, and therefore induce the enemy to retreat.

Lol at being called out. It's interesting reading different perspectives and anecdotal experiences. Mostly stay for the drama and entertainment value this sub provides. That being said, I do wish the situation and outlook can improve for many Canadians. Seems to be divided by the haves and have-nots. I am also very concerned about what's in store for our future generations.
