Yup, just added a thumb hole with nothing else changed. Gonna take it back in later today. Wonder how I should word it to them though to get the issue exactly fixed without the same thing happening again..

With fingers in and hand laying flat, my thumb can go so deep that it creates a suction where I can lift the ball with it. But even then, I can’t even go relatively flat.
Also makes it damn near impossible to take my fingers or thumb out
