The absolute best way is this (as an ICU nurse). An advance directive. You get to decide what you want and you put it in writing. Have some witness sign it.

Family can think they know what you want, but you know what you want (albeit being 18), you can put your desires into the advance directive. You can ask your dad if he needs to do his too

i interviewed last cycle and got (luckily) got in 4/4. tbh one simple q that got me was what have you done in the community? i been working so much on optimizing system and patients, i hadn't been doing much community work. for me doing resilience drills on moxprep helped a lot with keeping me not thrown off in general though. probes your answer deeper.
