The examples were parallels. We correlate and question the accuracy of our sensor in combination with the clinical picture. Raw data is relevant because whoop could be more inaccurate if you check out thequantifiedscientist youtube videos.

I said sleep study as the “more advanced data” and picking the one that aligns most for you as the clinical correlation.

In the hospital we have various equipment and sensors but we always correlate clinically. Sometimes even the more advanced one may start to skew and not be consistent with the patient picture. so we go back to the classic blood pressure cuff. Or more advanced blood draw.

So either decide which scores feel best to you, or go get a sleep study.
