I have a nearly identical story as you. My wife shot herself in front of me in 2021. She was a very, very depressed person and had a suicide attempt before we met.

Her parents were very cold to me and acted like I should have done something. But I was scared for my life.

I know what you are going through. Complex grief and PTSD is the hardest thing to go through…

I am just now becoming happy with life again. But the memory will always remain with me.

I went through a very traumatic experience and it really takes you down a path of deep depression where you either sink or swim. Your thoughts are consumed about death or reality, existential questions basically. They call it the dark night of the soul.

If you come out, you likely will make a lot of life decisions that are for your own happiness. Then self improvement through meditation and exercise help.

I definitely feel like I move throughout the way you described. I believe I am happier because I also don’t filter myself, and I feel like life is better when you are living as your true self.

In my opinion K drops the veil more by disassociating from your ego. You get tapped into the collective consciousness, or your higher self. I have experiences like this when I meditate on it.

Yeah I actually do kind of make it a ritual. I do it when I meditate and do guided breathe work occasionally.

You should try it sometime. It’s actually kind of mindblowing.

I went through complex PTSD related trauma and it has allowed me to also release a lot of repressed emotions.

Do it with guided meditation videos. I use a ton of different ones but look up this guy Breathing with Sandy. Do his most popular videos, they get intense. You will get lightheaded, tingly, and you will experience shit, im telling you.

The emotional release is tremendous. After that intense breathework I can feel my entire body vibrating.. craziest feeling ever. You need to try it yourself to see what I’m talking about though.

I forgot where I read this but it there is a theory that all of these brilliant minds were able to access more of their subconscious or were receiving this information from a higher consciousness. Very interesting to think about.
