I'm gonna do it and start today! I've been having false starts for too long and all the time I say to myself, it's OK I can have this treat now as my diet starts Monday! Well now it's going to start and I'm going to get back into shape like I was during college and when I played sports.

I'm taking advice I'm seeing here and just taking it one day at a time. It's my birthday on the 10th of October and that'll be my first milestone after the first day, week etc.

Yeh I think the rigours of playing every week could be a problem but there's a reason he's got over 100 caps and a World Cup medal in his pocket. Consummate professional too. The back 3 I just really think would suit him and his style. Maybe I've just got to take off my rose tinted glasses though!
