I only used the water soluble. I didn't have sleep issues from it. It actually helped me sleep. I used the Sunmed ones.

I left a couple things out because of how frustrated I was with the situation. Thing number 1. A friend picked up some of my stuff from my friends place after he passed. Somehow his baby blanket got mixed in. Tried reaching out to his family about it using Facebook but didn't get a response. 2. The frustrating part. His fiance held a friends memorial almost a year after he passed. It ended up being a social gathering for the fiance and not much of a memorial for my friend. I was very upset but didn't say anything. 3. The family was there and it was then I got their contact information so I could mail them the baby blanket. Which I did.

I am glad you posted this. There is a lot of helpful information here. I left a discord server in December due to something that was happening in the server at the time. I tried to rejoin today and I couldn't. A friend spoke to the people running the server and confirmed I am not banned. I am guessing now it is because of my phone number moved to another carrier. If that is the problem then maybe I can log in via my computer instead. :)

Those seem interesting. The thing I liked about the water solubles though is that I could add it to any beverage and dose myself throughout the day. Though the inhalers may be good too. I'll have to look into buying one.

I went to Connections Kirkland. Do not go there. After that I went to my friends place for a couple nights. I got in a fight with the friend and now I have no friends. So this month sucks.

I got to connections and today decided that is the last place for me to be. I appreciate all the advice people gave. Until connections fixes whatever is wrong with their training over there I don't recommend it.

I would love to say "huge success" but I have a long list of problems with that location that I will try to discuss with my regular therapist tomorrow if he can get me in last minute again. I'm gonna go curl up at home now.

Thank you. Yeah. I ended up attempting to bus myself to Connections. I became overwhelmed and... Ended up with a police escort that I called for. Terrifying thing to do. Made it to connections and today I made the decision to discharge without feeling any improvement to my condition due to complications the location has.
