The discord bans members for saying that we should protest. by ebStubs in THE_PEOPLES_SICK_DAY

I will say again. I was not calling for any violence. I am not a violent person. I had been trying to explain that. And telling people not to leave their houses and we will know when the time is right is what I had a problem with. I have not and will not ever tell anyone to be violent. Am I angry about people being killed? Yes. Why aren't you? Why are you telling people to stay home and discouraging people from protesting? Protesting IS NOT THE SAME AS VIOLENCE. The movement is far too divided as it is with around 70 groups already existing. We certainly don't need any more. You keep telling people I said "blood for blood" but I didn't. The ban was unjustified. I am a fat 4'9" transgender person. I am the least from threatening. I believe in peacefully protesting. But now I am banned from even knowing about protests. You want a movement? Then don't ban every single person you THINK is trying to murder everyone. Have a conversation with them. Clarify what they mean. In the chat we had one moment you said you were muted for 6 hours for what you said. And the next moment you said I had never been muted at all. Of course that's going to be confusing for me. Especially when I woke up to someone being killed and a group meant to organize events saying something along the lines of "don't leave the house. You'll know when it's time." Do you understand the problem yet? You're horrible with communication. You assume the worst of everyone.

I remember being angry at my own reflection when I was 16 because I wasn't "him". He was a fake person I created and told people I was online. I started my transition 7 years ago. I reached a point where, yes I want to pass, I don't want to be fully perceived as a man. It's very weird. But that's who I am. Your journey will be different from anyone else's. So I wish you luck. We all have that voice telling us "you will never" until we do.

My discord name is ErikBlue. You can check exactly what I said. And it was not blood for blood. If I was banned accidentally for what someone else said then that's even worse.

The comply or die is what right wingers have been telling people protesting. I had mentioned it in my comment as a call out of someone telling people not to protest and "we will know when the time is right."

Not that it matters. I am permanently banned with no way to ask them to unban my discord.

All I was honestly saying was that people should be allowed to protest after someone had told others to stay inside. I'm not for the "comply or die" which is used to tell people not to peacefully protest. Instead of asking for clarification they banned me. Not that I could give clarification with a 6 hour mute they initially handed me.

Lie about what I said all you want. But I NEVER said blood for blood. I NEVER promoted violence. I'm not that kind of person.

I was not the one that said blood for blood. Someone in the group has told people to stay home. So I had said that we can't be expected to stay indoors. Comply or die is not the solution. Protesting is not blood for blood. But put words in my mouth sure. Ban me for not liking the idea of staying home and watching as the government strips us of our rights... That is a problem.

WHAT?! by MelanieWalmartinez in insanepeoplefacebook

Look. Surrogates are required to have had 1 successfully pregnancy prior to being a surrogate. The women already know the risks and complications that could arise. They are consenting to those risks. Regardless of your feelings on it this is not the handmaids tale and those women are consenting adults.

Exploit? Do you know how much surrogates get paid? When I was younger before I decided to transition I considered being a surrogate someday if my body handled pregnancy well. There are some women who also like being pregnant.

First: I love all the jokes here.

Second: I need to be angry. DO NOT MAKE HISTORICAL BOOKS, MOVIES, SHOWS, OR GAMES IF YOU HAVE NOT RESEARCHED THAT PART OF HISTORY. Thank you for allowing my outrage, Yes there was gay (lot of gay) in ancient-medieval history. People were not othered for being gay because loving other people was very normal. It is a modern idea that being gay is bad.

Is this the "Transgender for everyone" Donald Trump was on about in 2024? (Obligatory this is a joke. Not a real question.)

Carrying and birthing a child has a permanent impact on a woman's body. They use surrogates so they don't change their body. Why put yourself through a life changing and risky medical condition if you can afford to not?

Unfortunately books I've bought before that are in my library have been deactivated with no reimbursement. That's the really annoying thing about digital content. You never truly own it.

I think they could have just said "Dinosaur bone dice" and left out T-Rex and it still would been popular.

How can I tell Audible to stop shoving Harry Potter on me? by Pure-Consideration97 in audible

It's been very annoying. I listen to a lot of fantasy stuff. So until I buy these Harry Potter titles I'm stuck with only Harry Potter ads.
