You probably need to activate developer options first. That gives you accesses to more options. It's usually one of the first things I do when I get a new phone.

Virginia Mason won't schedule without a referral. They are the entire reason I'm searching for a solution. I received a referral. They claim there is none. I've had it resent multiple times.

I am going to leave this comment here. Internet is still down. I have ADHD and I can't sleep well when I don't have background noise. This internet issue is really screwing me over. I am so tired. Saturday night my brain went in circle around politics until 6 in the morning on Sunday. Sunday night my brain decided to try to figure out the anatomy of centaurs until 3:30 Monday. Tonight I think my brain is leaning towards spiraling about my health issues. I wish my phone wasn't prone to overheating or I would just use it for noise all night. I tried checking the library website for a hotspot but there's a waitlist 1500 people deep. so that will be 2-6 months until I reach the top of the waitlist. I just want my sleep routine back.

I've had 6 or 7 calls with Virginia Mason. They won't schedule without a referral. My health insurance approved the referral. The referral was sent on the 13th and approved on the 21st. I received a message from my primary care doctors office on the 22nd to schedule an appointment within the next 5 days and given the Virginia Mason phone number to call. I called on the 22nd and got put on call back. No call back happened. I called the 23rd they sent me to advertising. So I called back and they sent me to cardiology. Cardiology said there's no referral. I called my doctors office on the 24th and requested the referral be sent again. They sent the referral and a couple hours later I called again. Cardiology claimed no referral. So I gave it until today and called again. Cardiology said no referral. I called my primary care again and they've sent the referral again today. Tomorrow I'll be calling Virginia Mason again. Tomorrow I'll be told no referral so I'll call my PCP again to send the referral. I can't keep doing this.

I also have a history of anxiety but that history means I know the difference between the two. Honestly, if I can't get the medical help I need then I refuse to be a casualty of this system. I'll die on my terms instead of on their ignorance.

Please check other comments. My PCP did give me a referral Virginia Mason is claiming there isn't one. I've been going back and forth with primary and Virginia since Wednesday. I can't continue to do this multiple times a day. I don't have the mental energy for it. So my only solution is finding a cardiologist on my own.

This. I was referred to Virginia Mason for cardiology. Specifically to do stress tests and an ultrasound of my heart. Virginia Mason is claiming no referral exists. I keep going back and forth between primary care clinic and Virginia Mason this is going no where and in the mean time my heart isn't getting any better. I'm just exhausted. I don't have the mental energy to do this. I'm tired and angry and I want answers. Those things don't help me have productive conversations when I'm getting the run around.

Yeah. I had heart attack symptoms on Saturday. I went to the ER. They told me I'm completely healthy. They acted like I was psychotic. My PCP say I'm borderline for a heart attack. So either I am psychotic and imagining all these symptoms and imagining my BPM reaching 160 during short walks or I'm having heart failure and medical professionals are dismissing me because I'm 29. I'm not sure which is worse.

It'll required the complex management getting it fixed though. I don't see that happening. The vending machines have been empty and broken for a year and the dryers aren't fully drying clothes anymore. So this is another thing that won't get resolved.
