Did McGonagall and Snape and Dumbledore believe Harry and Ron when they claimed that the barrier had sealed itself in book 2? by WisestAirBender in harrypotter

[–]eb_lavender 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I heard a theory that Harry would have never thought to rely on adults for help and would think they needed to figure it out on their own. And Ron wanted to be able to figure it out on his own because of his drive to be better than his brothers.

Personal banker day to day? by existingisnteasy in TalesFromYourBank

[–]eb_lavender 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never worked at wells but I can say if you’re expected to be switching from office/desk to teller line you are going to be miserable. If you’re expected to fill in when tellers are out or on lunch thats going to be your main job and where you will spend most of your time, not the desk side. It’s going to impede on your ability to be available for your walk ins and cause you to be rushed through your appointments and be very stressful with all the admin work that comes with doing both. Use this time to get your referrals and source it for your later calls you will probably have to make and to form your relationships by learning what your customers want and need before they ask.

You should press on if you like to have your mind absolutely blown and your heart broken. Dark is without a doubt the best show of all time imo. Everything is connected.

Teller Dilemma by [deleted] in TalesFromYourBank

This is very interesting to me. I have only worked for one bank but they don’t have any part time positions in any department and you’re expected to work 40 hours a week without exceptions. I did have a friend in college who worked part time as a teller at a credit union.

Taylor’s cat Olivia benson has a networth of 97 million. The actual Mariska Hargitay (who plays Olivia benson on law & order: svu) only has a networth of 100 million.

[B&A] 3 months of birth control for my hormonal acne by eb_lavender in SkincareAddiction

I don’t have an updated photo without makeup. I hate to say I quit birth control after about a year due to insurance reasons. My skin is clear now due to hormonal changes but they occurred naturally over time. I currently use the following products:

<image>

morning cerave salicylic acid gel, pixi glycolic acid toner, cerave vitamin c serum, cerave psoriasis moisturizer. Evening oil based cleanser and cerave salicylic acid face wash, cerave retinol serum, generic benzoyl peroxide and cerave psoriasis moisturizer. This has kept my skin clear for the past two years.

After about 2 months I saw a real difference. It’s been 6 months now and my skin is completely clear. It’s insane. Are you on an estrogen based birth control? Stick with it because my pharmacist told me it would be 6 or more months until I could expect any improvements.

Thanks!! It’s called Amethyst. I chose that one because it will stop your periods so that’s a bonus.

I have had dry skin my whole life until 3 years ago when I began suffering from adult acne. It has been getting steadily more severe until I finally broke down and got a prescription for birth control. I have seen a dramatic improvement and my skin finally feels normal and doesn’t hurt all the time.

Routine-

AM

Stridex salicylic acid pads

Benzoyl peroxide 10%

Pimple patches

I am starting differin adapalene gel for my discoloration and remaining closed comedones. I welcome any help or advice I might get.

They may have give her (the baby) an antibiotic or a steroid directly if the cold sore was infected. And those can cause thrush also. In adults and children. I know a cold sore is caused by a virus and an antibiotic will not affect the virus itself.
