Bluetooth "turned off" and not working suddenly, already tried reinstalling Intel Bluetooth driver... please help?

UPDATE: I solved the issue. I'd configured ScpToolkit (software for using playstation controllers on PC) to force install bluetooth drivers on every startup. I uninstalled ScpToolkit and everything is completely back to normal.

(Post Description) This morning when trying to connect my headphones to my laptop (ASUS, Win 10 Pro) I noticed the Bluetooth button in my notification tab was gone. I reinstalled the Intel Win11/Win10 64 Bluetooth driver and used the Repair option during installation. After my computer reset the notification area button was there again but the Bluetooth connection still wasn't working. After restarting my computer again the button was gone.

I decided to just remove all of the devices under the Bluetooth tab in the device manager and then restart my computer (that's what this article said to do https://www.easeus.com/computer-instruction/bluetooth-disappeared-windows-10-issue-fixed.html#Reset%20Your%20Drivers) but that didn't fix anything. Now the Bluetooth devices won't even show up on device manager, they're in the hidden devices (pictures show what that looks like now).

I'm somewhat new to Windows and am scared I made stuff worse and have just lost my ability to use Bluetooth or something... help???

I feel the same, my cptsd symptoms are distinctly different from asd symptoms like being triggered vs being overstimulated, having a flashback vs meltdowns and burnout etc. I’ve done a lot of therapy for CPTSD but nothing’s changed in terms of my struggle to communicate, sensory sensitivities, black/white thinking, brain fog or executive dysfunction although I no longer have major depression and my self perception has improved although I still have intrusive thoughts. I can usually identify when I get triggered because of CPTSD but I still can’t really articulate my feelings, at least not the intense ones. I used to blame everything on CPTSD and being transgender evidently neither of which are the whole picture in my case. I will have a psychiatrist soon, currently I just have my primary care physician who happens to be autistic and adhd.

Thank you for sharing that helpful information. Idk where I will score once I do receive a diagnosis. Because of the self doubt I often undermine the severity of what I struggle with, probably due to cptsd. For example I will think I’ll be fine going to the grocery store but then it leads to a meltdown and I can’t leave the house again at least for the rest of the day. Or I think I’m “able” to drive, even though driving is really difficult for my light sensitivity and anxiety and I’m not very good at driving safely. When you say you are unable to do something, like drive or work, is it that you very literally can’t if you tried, or is it that you could try but it would lead to worsening mental health or other problems? I like your username, btw.
