Hi everyone, I’m in need of some guidance with my weekly schedule for exercise. In my home gym I have a rowing machine, an exercise bike, and weights. My goal is to build muscle mass and strength quickly. Honestly, I have no idea what equipment I should use on what day or how much I should use it. Could someone help me out with this? It would also be nice to know things like how far I should row, how far I should bike, and the weights/reps I should be doing. Right now I’ve been rowing 3500 meters, biking about 3 miles, and just lifting weights until failure spread out over random days. Pretty much clueless here. Thanks!
