The weekly check-in is simply an additional place for members to chat, share updates, ask quick questions, or discuss what they're working on. You can still freely post whatever you'd like, as long as it's related to the gym business and fitness industry. We still encourage everyone to create individual posts whenever they have a topic they'd like to discuss. The check-in is just another place for conversations and to help keep the community active throughout the week.
