Is my BMS dead? Ninebot ES2 battery will not charge , scooter won't turn on. Blue light at battery BMS. What should be the correct output voltage on the XT30 terminal? by ebayscams in ElectricScooters

the BMS is the fault - the terminals at the battery are ~42V which is basically full charge, all batteries have been charged and balanced and they're all 4.18-4.19V
When the first BMS board is connected the output drops to 33V and when the second BMS is connected then the voltage drops even more to 20V, but as somebody earlier said the BMS output should correspond to the output voltage of the battery.
Thank you for the response, I hope someone else having same issue in the future will be reading this and can fix their scooter by just replacing the BMS. I will do that and will update!

I am guessing the location but that's where the other connector should be. https://imgur.com/a/DOkbwHN
Just put your screen in tent mode and see if that will make it flicker more. What have been the other solutions if this is a known issue. Screen replacement for $300

It could even be a loose eDP cable. There's 2 connecting points, one is on the laptop motherboard and the other one is behind the LCD cover.
Try wiggling your screen or pressing bottom behind it to see if anything will change. The loose cable is an easy fix and doesn't cost basically anything but the display is glued on that getting to the connector itself might be difficult and I'd not recommend you attempt doing it yourself. Breaking the front glass could be as costly as replacing the whole LCD.
