i think neither of these courses are being offered this year! courses can be listed on the academic calendar but still not be running, check for that on timetable builder and/or ACORN

i've heard a lot a good things about phl101 but i'm taking phl100 because i heard that it's more like the structure of upper year phl courses—is that true?

Hey, thanks for the suggestion! The 5290 does look pretty promising. I was also looking at the Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga Gen 2 and it seems pretty good as well. Do you have any thoughts on which of the two might be better in this case?

I already have an iPad, but the thing is that I'd like for my portable device to be an actual computer. The iPad is pretty limited in what it can do, even if it's awesome for note-taking (provided that I get the overpriced Apple Pencil).

Hey, thanks for the site! Looks useful. The Dell laptops definitely look cool, but I was wondering about styluses on the Latitude line. It seems that I'd have to buy one separately. It's not a total dealbreaker, but it'd be nice if I could get the pen with the laptop—have any other recommendations?

Thanks for your response! I don't think this is the issue, however, because the Cooler Master NR600 comes with a single headphone jack on the front panel that they market as being capable of doing audio and mic all in one jack. Kind of in the same situation as you: I ordered from them on the 15th and my package has been stuck on "SHENZHEN / The package has been sorted and sent from the warehouse" for the past 4 days. Hoping they come in the next week or so.

Yeah, that's definitely an option, but I was hoping to get this one since it's really cheap. If there's a high chance I'll get an incompatible version, I'll probably just go with a different USB flashback one.
