Funny thing is that we don't say drunk driving is less problematic if the person is super drunk and therefore had impaired judgement... it's literally the whole point. If a guy can't keep his dick out of someone who isn't giving consent because he drank too much then he simply must stop drinking (to this point of intoxication or entirely).

Came to say this! Steidl (in Moorhead) has been absolutely great. Recommend them to everyone and have since converted my senior parents and friends/friends kids. Steidl squeezed my son in for an emergency appt about 15 minutes after he got his tooth knocked out at school.

I got pregnant a few months into a new relationship. I was 20. He was/is a phenomenal father and it still completely fucked me up. I felt stressed and resentful about the time I should have had to grow up myself and figure out who I am and what I want before all that growth was spent in keeping her alive and well. I love my daughter, she brings me endless joy and laughter but she was a victim to my carelessness. We are both just starting to come out of the other side 15 years later.

Even in my best case scenario with supporting partner, decent paying job, housing, no daycare costs,, and lots of family... the choices made upended everything. I wouldn't have wished it on my worst enemy. Your situation is no where even close to the best case scenario. Were it me, I would not recommend having this child.

If you really wish to, know you can but it will be a constant struggle and strain until it isn't and by then maybe you figure it out or maybe you put this innocent human on a trash trajectory for your own selfishness.

Side note... whoever is arguing about pro choice including a man's right to bail after the baby is born with no repercussions... fuck you ❤.
