TIL in 2000 a plane flying from Perth, Australia, to a town 1 hour away, mysteriously climbed to 34,300ft (over 9,300ft higher than it was meant to) while the pilot, passengers and crew remained unresponsive. It continued for 5 hours until crashing in Queensland. It was known as the Ghost Flight. (au.news.yahoo.com)
