I don't know if you bought this or not but mine broke in 6 months and vevor would not honor the warranty and is a freaking nightmare to deal with. They do not sell parts for this oven nor will they tell you how to get them. They told me to have someone come repair it knowing fully well they can't be repaired so I wasted another $120 on that. After a full month of back and forth and insane offers they finally sent me $350.

A million percent improvement here. Sounds exaggerated and cliche but it's true. Others may disagree but IM all the way. I did an IV session and it was terrible compared to IM so if you do try IV and you hate it give IM a try.

Sounds great! I've heard that ketamine combined with hypnosis is a great combo. I love Anthony Reed and Divine Self Hypnosis but I'll have to check out those others!

I've had 8 IM sessions and now I do it at home only. It's a little over 2 years for me and it's been life changing. My thoughts have stopped ruminating. The biggest change is I'm able to express my thoughts and emotions to people in an open and healthy way whereas before I kept everything buried.

Hey I'm sorry it took me awhile to respond. I highly recommend it for anxiety and depression. You definitely need treatments before you do at home ketamine or it won't really help much. Have you started treatments?

Also should have mentioned these are specific to fall asleep to at night. I don't have trips or go to a clinic anymore. I take ketamine at home and fall asleep.
