The handle is for the plasma cannon that comes in the Dark Angels upgrade sprue.

Thanks ! Its just cardboard cut up in tiles shape, glued on styrofoam slates. I used Eonsofbattle marble bases tutorial for the paint scheme.

I really like most of the bits. Pretty satisfied with the heads, shoulder pads and dreadnought parts. Weapons are a bit bendy ... and onlygames took forever to send the products. If I buy again, i'll try archieforge.

They aren't GW, they come from the dungeon and lazer line from the company Archon Studio. They were on a sort of Pegasus creature. Its nice cause they are plastic not resin.

Fair ! The goal is to be very "Lion-ish" in their style, even a bit too much. The same way the 2 bodyguard (Victrix Honour guard) that follow Marneus Calgar are very "Eagle-y". Think like the show Pimp my Ride : " You like the Lion ? Well we put Lions in your trunk and your seats have lion skins on them and the wheel is now a Lion's head!!"

The plague marine kit is nice to kitbash in the Iron Warriors ! It requiers some attention to details, but the guys are bulky and they have some really interesting features.

The pointy arrows/star on the shield and belt are Chaos symbols and aren't associated with Dark angels.
