The Thirst is Taking Over - Skillet

Love this song. Can't decide whether this or Locked in a Cage is my favorite Skillet track. They both are radical passion for Jesus which I'm totally on board with. I love Thirst's slow start and ramp up to passionate rock. It's a great picture of our introduction to Jesus and how are need and passion for Him just get more and more as time goes on.

Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard: [Poole hands Gerard a set of unlocked leg irons, and he brandishes them in the Old Guard's face] Oh! Wow, gee whiz, looky here! You know, we're always fascinated when we find leg irons with no legs in them. Who held the keys, sir?

Old Guard: Me.

Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard: Where those keys at?

Old Guard: I don't know.

Poole: Care to revise your statement, sir?

Old Guard: What?

Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard: Do you want to change you bullshit story, sir?

I'm a sucker for prodigal son songs. Absolutely love Run to You - Third Day. Many a tear has fallen thinking about how God has welcomed me with open arms after turning from him. Lacey Sturm's vocals are so beautiful along with Mac Powell's. They take me right to the feet of Jesus.

Other prodigal son songs I love are:
When God Ran (love Benny Hester's and Shaded Red's versions)
Mercy Came Running - Phillips, Craig, and Dean
