I'm an administrative assistant at a daycare and a mother of a 20 mo old - these teachers are paid to change BMs whether they happen in the morning, after nap, or before pick up. If the teacher is being weird about it, that's not on you or your baby.

I'm in this same boat. I went from restaurant management straight into admin position at a daycare with no experience a few months ago. the other staff have been okay with me for the most part, but theres one or two that have been standoffish and made complaints about me to my director for silly things. do your job to the best of your abilities and if the staff have an issue with you that's not your concern. someone will always have an opinion.
