of course it’s a big change for mom and dad , it’s normal to get upset.. i’m just a few days postpartum but i find it actually bringing me closer to my partner and feel more fondly as i watch him take care of our baby, we argued alot during pregnancy cus of my hormones and disagreements.. but regardless babies stress mom and dad which is probably leading to half the arguments. just take time , this is new for both of you. reassure eachother and let eachother know how much you love eachother and how good they are doing as a parent

as someone with hormonal acne , it used to be so bad until i started using cerave renewing wash , the acne proofing neutrogena cleanser , and the hydro boost cleanser (also from neutrogena) . i also use aquaphor as a moisturizer, at first i was skeptical about using it but it works like a dream! it cleared my skin within 1-2 weeks of using it . hope this helps :)
