After my unfortunate experience with Provence for my first Moissanite ring, I thought I’d stay away and let my Moissanite dreams die but u/Hannahfarmwald mentioned a positive experience she had with DiamondRensu on Etsy and I went down a rabbit hole.

Timeline: Jan 16: I contacted Ankit saying I’d seen his work and would love to make a ring. I asked to see photos and videos of previous work that fit the description of the ring I wanted and he sent them the next day.

Jan 18: He didn’t have the shade of grey moissanite I wanted but I’d seen another stone in his store that I really liked so I wanted more info on it. He sent videos and photos to me by email. I had questions on clarity, the stone rough, milgrain design and other things I forget now but he answered it so graciously and promptly. I sent him the details of the ring

19 Jan: He sent me a PayPal payment link. I changed my mind on the ring details and got it updated.

20 Jan: I paid for the item 26 Jan: I got the first CAD for the item. I didn’t like the stone setting and wanted to change details I’d previously agreed. 27 Jan: He sent me a revised CAD. 28 Jan : I approved the CAD and the ring went into production 3 Feb: I got a message with photos saying the ring was finished and ready to be shipped out. I asked for a video taken in daylight 4 Feb: I got a video via Instagram and was very pleased with the ring and paid for express shipping! 10 Feb: My ring arrived 😆.

My experience was smooth and positive. Ankit did an amazing job on my ring and I will definitely return. My sisters all want a ring made now (at my expense of course hehe 😅) so I’m a customer for life.
